Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, by phone, WhatsApp or the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or miss your appointment, we may ask for a deposit when you next book.
Refunds
Prepaid treatments: refunded in full, or moved to a new date, if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations may be held as credit for a future visit. Treatments already performed: not refundable. If you're unhappy with a result, contact us within 7 days and the doctor will review it with you. Products: unopened products can be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase. Gift vouchers: not exchangeable for cash, and valid for 3 years from purchase.
Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act's cooling-off right applies, you may cancel within 7 days; it does not apply to services that begin, with your agreement, within those 7 days.
